Enquiries.
When you send a partnership, volunteer or contact form, this website emails your name, email address, organisation (if given) and message to info@thedavidshelton.org, the Foundation’s enquiry inbox. The website does not keep a copy of your enquiry in its database.
Before sending, you are asked to confirm that you have read this notice and agree to the Foundation using your details to respond to your enquiry. The box is never ticked for you, and the form cannot be sent without it. The date and time of your agreement are included in the email.
Please include only information necessary for your enquiry and do not send sensitive details about children.
Spam protection.
The enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to check that submissions come from people rather than automated programs. On pages with a form, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
To prevent spam, a short-lived, pseudonymised count of recent form submissions from each connection is also kept for up to one hour.
Cookies & services.
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, for example which pages are visited. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner; if you reject them or ignore the banner, no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; rejecting removes the analytics cookies. The website does not use advertising cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the website use WordPress login cookies.
Fonts, the hero film and photographs are served by this website. Programme videos connect to YouTube only when you choose to load a player; YouTube may then process device information and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
Mobile Money giving is not yet active. When it is, your mobile number and email address will be sent to the payment provider to process your gift; this website will store only a masked number, the amount, network and payment status.
